Title : Technical Lead (Hands on, this is not a managerial position. This is a pure technical position with technical leadership skills ) Will be working with the other technical leads. Area: Online advertising network ( Like Google AdSense ) with C++, open source and web frameworks technologies Experience/Must haves:
1. Minimum 12-15 years of experience as a hands-on software engineer
2. Deep experience with scripting languages (python), interpreted languages (java) and compiled languages (C++)
3. Deep experience in LAMP stack
4. Must have demonstrated prior ability to design and develop complex, highly scalable, multi-threaded, transaction based applications
5. Well versed in the use and application of web frameworks (django)
6. Experience with data modeling, analytics, runtime algorithms
7. Database expertise (RDBMS and embedded databases)
8. MS or PhD in Computer Science preferred
9. Knowledge of IT infrastructure and designs preferred
10. Must be process oriented
